New Jewelry

I finished six new pieces of jewelry and they are up on Etsy. Yay!
Here is the link.

I tend towards the darker side of jewelry. Silver, dark silver, black. Along with ribbon, velvets, sparkly stuff. :) Halloween is a perfect time for me. Since this is my first time doing it, we'll see how it goes. This is all a great learning experience. I should have been working on Halloween themed items months ago, I know. Ah well. I'll just have to make do!

Here's some pics:

  1. I am so impressed by your work! These are beautiful. Did you make the charms yourself or buy them some where?

  2. I made some and bought some. The old time Halloween picture squares are the ones I made. And then I strung all the bead components together and attached everything together on the chain. I got the pictures from a digital file seller on Etsy. Resized them, printed them, cut them to fit into the metal squares and then put a gloss on top to make it look glassy. It was cool! I did the same thing for the pumpkin head in the heart necklace above. I also made the white square pendant and the large black round pendant on the necklaces.

  4. Sure, it's this amazing product called Glossy Accents by Ranger. http://www.rangerink.com/products/prod_inkssentials_glossy.htm

I absolutely love it and use it on tons of stuff. You can get it at Michael's or at Joanns. By the stamping products.
